Trust the process’s Return Policy
All sales are final on Trust The Process. Once a purchase has been made, any request to cancel an order that hadn’t been shipped yet is up to the buyer’s decision. However, returns may be granted if this specific scenario occurs
- The order wasn’t delivered.
Buyers will receive a refund if their order wasn’t shipped or if it hadn’t arrived at it’s destination. Refunds must be requested within 90 days of purchase.
